Nationality
Candidate must be:
- An Indian citizen, OR
- A citizen of Nepal/Bhutan, OR
- A Tibetan refugee (who came before 01.01.1962), OR
- A person of Indian origin from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, East African countries, etc. intending to settle in India.
