Railway Recruitment Board (RRB):
RRB India has recently released an employment notification for 8113 Graduate level Non Technical Post throughout India via employment notification no. CEN 05/2024. Details of Posts (RRB):
1. Chief commercial cum ticket supervisor –
Total Posts: 1736
Age Limit: Age should be between 18-36 years (As on 01.01.2025)
Pay: Level 6 in 7th CPC
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be graduated from recognized University or its Equivalent.
2. Station Master:
Total Posts: 994
Age Limit: Age should be between 18-36 years (As on 01.01.2025)
Pay: Level 6 in 7th CPC
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be graduated from recognized University or its Equivalent.
3. Goods Train Manager
Total Posts: 3114
Age Limit: Age should be between 18-36 years (As on 01.01.2025)
Pay: Level 5 in 7th CPC
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be graduated from recognized University or its Equivalent.
4. Junior Account Assistant Cum Typist:
Total Posts: 1507
Age Limit: Age should be between 18-36 years (As on 01.01.2025)
Pay: Level 5 in 7th CPC
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be graduated from recognized University or its Equivalent. Proficiency in typing of English and Hindi.
5. Senior Clerk Cum Typist:
Total Posts: 732
Age Limit: Age should be between 18-36 years (As on 01.01.2025)
Pay: Level 5 in 7th CPC
Educational Qualification: Graduation from recognized University or its Equivalent. Proficiency in typing of English and Hindi. Computer knowledge is required.
Age Relaxation:
The age relaxation should be as follows for various categories-

Process of Selection (RRB NTPC Posts):
Selection process will be based purely on merit basis. The recruitment process has the following phases
- 1st phase CBT (Computer Based Test) examination
- 2nd phase CBT examination
- Typing test or Computer based aptitude test as per requirement
- Document Verification and Medical Test.
1. 1st phase CBT (Computer Based Test) examination:
Total No of Questions– 100
Question type– MCQs
Total Marks– 100
Time– 90 Minutes
Negative marking– Yes, 1/3 will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Syllabus-
General Awareness: World History, History of India/World, Games and sports, Indian culture, Politics, Economics, General science, Geography, World organizations, Basic concepts on computer and computer based applications, Important dates, Indian politics, Famous personalities, Abbreviations, Ecology, Environment science, Current affairs, Books and Prizes, Literature, Author of famous books, Transportation system in India, Technology and innovation etc.
General Mathematics: Number system, Fractions, Decimals, Ratio and proportions, LCM, HCF, Percentage, Time and work, Basic mathematical operations, Charts, Percentage, Time and distance, Interest, Profit and loss, Basic algebra, Trigonometry, Probability, Mensuration, Statistics etc.
Aptitude and Reasoning: Coding decoding, Mathematical operations, Venn diagrams, Similarities dissimilarities, Puzzle, Analogies, Statement -conclusion/courses of action, Decision making, Data interpretation etc.
2. 2nd phase CBT (Computer Based Test) examination:

Question type– MCQs
